Gulab Jamun

Method
--------
Milk-3/4 cup
jamun packet-1
Water-4cups
Sugar-half to 3/4 cup(as you want the sweet to be)

Make small round of balls as after the process, it gets big after absorbing jeera.

Jeera as was told in rawa laddoo(One of my previous sweets dish)

Tip: As shown behind the jamun packet, but in some packets they ask to mix water.
It tastes better when the dough is made out of milk.

Here, in this picture you could see the jeera fully absorbed. As I liked this consistency, I dint mix further with jeera.

Kaju Katli (Cashew katli)


Method

Same as like Rawa laddoo recipe.

Rawa Laddoo


Ingredients
------------
Sooji Wheatlets(rava)- roasted -1 cup and a 1/4
sugar- 1/2 cup
raisins,cashew, clove,1/2 spoon cardamom powder, 3/4 cup water,ghee

Method
--------
Roast the rava in ghee and keep aside.
Roast the raisins, cashew and clove also.

Add water, Sugar n sweet and boil for 5 mins.
Add sooji, raisins, cashew, clove . Close the lid and let it sit for 15-20 mins.

They'll become thick . So let it cool.
Then make small laddoos and finish them off the shelf within a week.

Carrot Payasam

Ingredients
-------------
Carrot -4 cut into small pieces
Sugar - 3/4 cups
Milk - 3/4 cup
cinnamon - 2
Ghee - 1/2 spoon
Cashew- 4
Water - 2 cups

Method
--------
Boil the carrot and let it cool for a while.
Then blend carrot.

Now let the cashew and cinnamon roast in ghee.
Add the blended carrot and saute. Now add sugar, milk and water and let them boil and get mixed well.

If you want it as a desert, let this cool and keep inside fridge- so that whenever you want you can have this delicious sweet. Enjoy!
