Chicken thigh- 1/4 kilo
Rice - 1 cup
Saute oil, cinnamon, clove-2 , onion-1 1/2, salt- 1 1/2 spoon
then chicken for 5 mins in med. flame
(so that the moisture from chicken is oozed out)
Grind 3 green chillies, few cashew,
few fennel seeds (soambu),
ginger garlic,
garam masala - 1 spoon,
onion - 1/2 ,
Mallipodi - 1/2 teaspoon
Add this mixture and 21/2 cups water to a pressure cooker along with 1 spoon coconut milk and keep for 1 sound and 5 mins. sim.
Then take out all the chickens and keep the rice in the same liquid for 1 sound.
Then Serve hot this mouthwatering, delicious
Chicken Briyani with raita.
